​​How do you make innovation part of the DNA of an organization?

The Art of Innovation is a model that shows you how. It is presented in a workshop by Certified Leaders in a number of countries.

Although organizations innovate in very different ways, the fundamental drivers of innovation are quite similar. Developed by Dimis Michaelides, The Art of Innovation emphasizes the multi-dimensional nature of innovation in all organizations and underscores the sources of creativity, structure and culture. Twelve innovation drivers are presented: Talent, Energy, Method, Individual, Team, Target, System, Ideas, Freedom, Engagement, Humor and Risk.

The model was published in a book and is summarized in a short animated clip and a TEDx talk.


Dimis also developed the Organization Audit , an assessment of an organization's innovation potential and ​Leading Innovation in Practice, a four-step roadmap from analysis to action.

Consulting & Coaching

Dimis’ consulting work helps the leaders, managers and people of an organization discover what their own innovation is all about - often using the Leading Innovation in Practice approach - see below. Working in their own specific context, people take in new learning, make key decisions on their innovation priorities and then mobilize for implementation.

Deeds – generating, implementing and monitoring creative solutions for the innovation challenges.
