"I wanted a customized training for our multinational, multicultural team, and a clear action plan to build on the learnings. Dimis designed well-shaped workshops and facilitated them with amazingly positive energy."
Jean-Baptiste Boulay, Head Bayer CropScience Middle East

Business Leaders, Human Resource Departments, Managers and Executives at all levels know that for teaching to become learning and for learning to become action, lectures, seminars and classes are not enough. The only truly satisfactory learning is that which is followed by action for personal and organizational change.

My workshops are out-of-the-ordinary learning and doing experiences. They are highly interactive and directly relevant to participants’ work, helping people take in new insights, make key decisions and engage in action for change.

I design each workshop to uniquely fit each client's specific needs with agreed prior outcomes. Within my area of expertise - leadership, innovation and creativity - the precise topics and methods will vary to meet each client's desired targets. Some of my most popular workshops are outlined below.

Leading Innovation in Practice
A roadmap to embed innovation in your organization

What is your organization’s innovation all about and how do you make it happen? Organizations differ tremendously from one another and so do innovation roadmaps. By understanding the specifics of innovation in their own particular context, making key decisions and taking consequent actions, we ensure our clients will derive the best possible value from innovation.

This is more than a workshop. It is a comprehensive program that will guide an organization to design and implement its own unique innovation roadmap. The program will bring together innovation know-how and expertise in organizational creativity with the realities of the organization, so as to design an innovation strategy and actions centered around the organization's own challenges. From concept to outcome. In practice.
